Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle.


The world keeps spinning, we carry on with our lives, we go to work come home make dinner, and do it again the next day. The world, the people, we don't stop to take notice that someone right in front of our very own eyes is breaking or is already broken. We do not see their world is dark, cold and lonely; we do not take the time to notice their emptiness and their feelings of despair. We have allowed ourselves to become so utterly consumed with our own lives that we have become so selfish and prideful that we are oblivious to everything and everyone else around us. We have forgotten we are all in this together and that we depend on each other, that we need each other.

I am constantly being reminded of how fragile life can be.
